Recently we’ve been in touch with a veteran in the balloon community, Per Verås from Farsund in Vest-Agder. Per has led several balloon launches with students from the high school he’s a science teacher at. Today he gave us a lot of great advice in how to deal with the authorities that concern us – Civil Aviation Authority and The Norwegian National Security Authority. Project Skyrise
